Amazing Customer Service from Simangele Ngobeni

I would like to praise Simangele Ngobeni (African Bank Insurance Claims Department) on her amazing customer service!

Long story short my account was debited whilst I was on reduced time/short pay and she helped process my insurance claim and my refund.

She listened to my problem, even though our conversation went over her working hours, and resolved it within a day.

I am so very impressed at the outstanding customer service. I hope more of the staff at African Bank can learn from her!
