Am I stupid?
1. Get approved online<br> 2. Go to branch. Offer disappears.<br> 3. Dissappears because Dec bonus is taken off incomeamount, agreed, but tax for bonus is left on.Don't agree.<br> 4. Spoke to several people at call centre.<br> 5. 3 People at branch.<br> 6. No one can help / understands my issue<br> 7. In point form so hopefully someone at your company understands.<br>
