Always bad service and now breach of agreement

Bad service!! Credit card insurance was supposedly being paid for the 3 months i did not work yet no sign on statement. The a very reasonable payment arrangement made telephoically to start end September but of course full amount debited! During such difficult times for everyone this is the help we get!
