agreement not upheld
How can you debit my account on the 25th where as i get paid on the last day of the month. why is it that you also debit the amount that was not agreed on. now i must pay for bank charges that i did not ask for. also your employees are ****** rude, one Simphiwe is patronizing they think we are stupid when they talk to clients. what must happen now to the bank charges, i guess you don't care. your service is by far the poorest i have come across. just one short of disgusting really.
