After escalation, still no feedback

So after I wrote my first review I was contacted by African Bank. I spoke to a lady who told me I needed to send my bank statements as that's what was missing for an online application that has been pending for 2 weeks. I did so and the following day another gentleman called me and verified that all documents were received and that he will send them for review. They told me they would escalate my matter and I should receive feedback by 12 am.. Well its one week later and I still have not received the outcome of my loan application. Disappointing and very bad service!
