after 7 days stil no feedback

i app**** for a loan on the 5th of may already and after constantly following up on my application. it seems to be like its stuck in one department after don't know how many days. there was a reason why i did the application and all i get is its stil processing. how long should it process. as i got all the documents and signed everything. im getting tired and hearing the same story. i spoken to a customer service consultant yesterday and all she could tell me is just wait for the sms and laughed over the line. im waiting 7 days already and still nothing. i have to put everything on hold for 7 days and run around.
