African Tracers

I have an account with African bank and are making regular payments as much as I'm a little behind on my account, I don't understand why they r sending tracers to my work place even after I called and asked them not to do so, I really don't think this a good way of doing business to be asked to confirm ur bank details and personal information in this manner especially in these times when there is so much *****. I called to address the issue but still it continues, this is harassment at my work place , I would understand if I was not making payments at all, made a R700 payment on the 21 September today 26 September im being harrased, come now guys what way is this to treat ur customers???
