African the worse bank to have a credit card with

Guys let me tell you about my story, I have a credit card with African Bank, I have been paying it every month..the last month I used it was in July...this week I tried to use I was told my card is locked..reason i don't know, they ask me to go the branch with a proof of residence and ID copy for card replacement..I went to the branch they told me its going to take 48 hours, Today I called them again to find out, they cant find my request...just after I drop the phone I got a sms saying \Mr ****** Your African bank complaint TAl10054 has been logged and will be dealt within 5 working days".. I mean what the hell is this"
