African Messing up my Credit Record

I have a loan account with African Bank that I have been paying each and every sing month. However when I pulled my Credit Record yesterday it shows that I have not paid my account since November last year. <br> I called African Bank and they confirmed that my account is up to date and they don't know why there's are arrears that are showing on Transunion. I dont how they don't know that because THEY ARE THE ONE WHO UPDATE THE CREDIT STATUS WITH THE BUREAU. I asked the lady i spoke to talk to someone and give me some sort of a letter or something that I can send to Transunion stating that its a mistake. She blatantly told me that they cant write any letter and THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO. Even her supervisor couldn't get to the phone when I asked for because she was \BUSY\"<br> This is badly affecting my credit record and status, and more so ruining my life because no one will give me any credit.
