African Horrible Service!!!

African Bank is by far the most horrible credit provider and I will not recommend to any consumer. I have been in contact a couple of times trying to get a qualifying discount from African Bank, something similar to what their third that they sell their old accounts to offer. After several emails and on call request, I even asked that my request be escalated to management I am still hitting a closed door.

They sold two of my accounts to Nimble Group. I have to give Nimble Group a very big applause for working with me and providing me with great opportunity to settle the old accounts and also giving me such a great discount to pay off in 3months. I received paid up letters and Nimble Group even contacted the Credit Bureaus as well to update my credit profile.

Still African Bank is not coming around and no assistance from them with the last account I have with them. What I can say is I know of many over indebted customers that would also to receive a better discount and payment plan but it seems waiting until the account gets sold to Nimble Group is the better way forward. At least I know once this account is under Nimble Group I will get a better deal to get African Bank completely off my back.

PATHETIC service from African Bank I must say, years of dealing with you. All I wish for that it is over soon. To move on and not approach this company ever again.
