African Bank's ********* and ******ion debit order campaign.

...and again, African Bank resumes it's ********* and ******ion campaign to force customers to sign debit orders by harassing them to "make a payment arrangement" for accounts/services that are not paid by debit order, but are not in arrears or default! Every month, a week before the payment date AGREED ON THE CONTRACT YOU SIGNED, you receive a call from their collections department. If you don't make an arrangement they will continuously call you, your wife, your kids at any time of day from 07h30 to 21h00, multiple times per day. During conversations, it will come to light that...."if you authorize a debit order, we will not be required to call you every month!"- That's *********! Last year May, after my previous post on Hellopeter (https://www.hellopeter.com/african-bank/reviews/african-bank-*********s-clients-to-use-debit-order-system- ********** ), the phone calls stopped, and I am forever grateful to the individual who made that happen, whoever you are. If you can, please do it again!
