African Bank.......most unprofessional experience

I app**** for a personal loan at a branch on 3 March 2021. I had all the documentation required that was scanned by the manager. I had to go back to the branch 3 times because the documents were lost. On 13 March the loan was approved, (after 10 days) ........on 14 March it was declined. I can not get an explanation from the branch.
