My reference for August, ***, has not been resolved. I received the voucher yesterday and passed it on to a needy family. Today they spent taxi fare to get to Checker's, and there was an error when they tried to use the voucher. Error = Burned! Voucher code ***.

Please, please, can you help me sort this out? They are desperate.

Now can someone please help me with the voucher for my salary deposited in September?

And am I going to have the same issue at the end of this month?
