African Bank wrongfully takes clients money

seems like write a review on African bank every day. They double debited me on the 25/01/2019 and still I have not received a refund for the second debit and for all my unpaid debits and the fees i am now paying for my bank account being in a negative. How long does it take really to give me back MY money which you guys wrongfully took. I want my money I got other debtors to pay. I am sick and tired of African Bank. I dont advise anyone to do business with African Bank.
