African Bank wrongful deduction

African Bank has debited money from my account claiming I owe them. I have been saying I don't know the account and this account was opened in 2014 last payment they deducted was in August 2017 now in November 2020 they deduct again. According to my knowledge this account/debt has prescribed and it doesn't even reflect on my credit report
