African Bank - Would not recommend

I have received the worst experience from this bank. I made a loan application on the 25th of February and was told that it would take 24-48 hours to complete. I sent through all my required documents timeously. It is now 11 days later and I have not heard any communication from them. Not an email, not a sms. Nothing. I constantly call them several times a day and yesterday when I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was told he was on a tea break and he would contact me. Nothing. The service consultants are not helpful either and the whole situation is truly frustrating. I would definitely not recommend. Absolutely unprofessional.
