African Bank - Worst experience

African Bank had always stood out for me amongst other Credit Providers, friendly staff, good security procedures in place and quick and efficient with dedicated staff that followed up, but this time around its by far the worst encounter I had, Ive app**** for credit a week ago, went through the whole process, everything seemed done deal, until the very end it gets declined coz off my bank statement, regardless l had to reapply on the 29th, its 48hours later and documents are still being reviewed, Ive sent ALL documents but apparently a Payslip was not received but no one calls me to inform me this, when l check my emails sent ALL these documents was attached!! The consultants seem to not want to be at work today, because all questions asked they cant answer and its seems that documents is stuck at being reviewed, this type of client services Id expect from a start up business or people working at a Tuck Shop, terrible services!!!
