AFRICAN BANK WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

I am on debt review and have paid the loan account off about 2 years ago, i have contacted African bank numerous times to ask them to explain to me why i paid more than the court order, they have no interest in contacting me to understand this. I have tried calling and nobody is available to take my calls. This company really dont care about after sales service. It's disgraceful.
