AFRICAN BANK WORST CREDIT PROVIDER

I had two accounts with African bank and they fell into arrears as a result of their clients Ellerines and town talk

In October 2018 I settled the account of Reference no ********** 6E001 even today the status still reflects as open and in arrears now my credit score is very bad because of that.

Funny enough in February 2019 I settled account of reference ********** 6E002 and it was cleared within a week

When i contact AFRICAN BANK im told that on their system the debt reflects R0.00 I also contacted GL Attorneys who also told me that on their side the debt is also Nil.

Or is this all to prove a poin or do all customers receive the same treatment
