African Bank Worst bank ever

Hello everyone last week Thursday 24 of October 2024 my salary was paid into my bank account really don't know what happened but some how my African Bank app was locked due to biometric verification so on Saturday I went to African Bank Knysna they told me they couldn't help me I need to go to Home Affairs and update my biometrics and all these nonsens I did it when to Home Affairs when to the bank afterwards. I ask the consultant isn't there a way I can get my salary consultant who was very rude said no your app is locked and we can unlocked it I ask him can't you do mobile banking thru USSD he said it's impossible this is the worst bank ever I was yesterday on the 29 of October 2024 there the same consultant had and attitude with me infront of his manager they couldn't help me get my money that is in my account. I'm really frustrated and disappointed in African Bank please people I advice you not to join this bank you will get no results out of them I'm still waiting for them to fixed my app and my salary is still in my account
