African Bank-Worse Service and *********** Consultants

Worse service ever. They took money from my account on the incorrect date, when i called i was told the money is not reflecting on their side. My bank confirmed that the debit orders went through for both the Load and Credit Card. Spoke with someone named Hlumelo and he said i must provide proof that the money they deducted from was no a salary, i asked to speak with the supervisor and he couldn't provide me with the name, and this unknown supervisor was busy with other calls, when i asked to be transferred i was waiting on the line for 10 minutes or more.

I called again and spoke with Shandre, she told me that her supervisor is gugu, and they were instructed not to process refunds. I was told to call back tomorrow coz they cant assist now.

Am very upset and the level of service i received was ridiculous, worse part, the instruction i received from Hlumelo to provide proof was never heard before, Shandre confirmed that they've never asked clients to do that and she does not understand why Hlumelo asked me for that.
