African Bank won't allow access to account.

African Bank has required that, in order to access my account, including my salary, I must go Home Affairs to have my fingerprints verified. As if they might have changed! This process was to take 7 working days - it's been nearly three months and African Bank still cannot issue me with a bank card. None if them can advise me on what to do. But they are happy to continue accepting my salary. I don't know if it's incompetence or theft.
