African Bank, where are you? Do you want me as a client?

Hi there, African Bank - you seem like an interesting, new (and potentially powerful) banking entity. In fact, although I have a Transunion account, I checked my credit rating via Clearscore (not sure who they are linked to), just to compare notes. You came up as the bank "most likely to approve a loan" for me. All good and well, and I did apply for one online, supplying the docs as requested. After an email from a consultant (Faith Sekano), I received a (no reply)) notification thanking me for my further documentation supp**** and informing me that I was finally "being assessed for a loan" a few days ago. I subsequently emailed the actual person (Faith Sekano) who first made contact via email, several times, to establish the progress on my application, but have had no response. How long does this assessment of my creditworthiness take? Why doesn't someone let me know? Faith Sekano doesn't reply to me and I can't obviously reply to the "no reply" email that says, in a nutshell, that all is cool. As I explained to Faith, I work in an open-plan office and would prefer an email or more discreet form of communication. No one has contacted me. African Bank, where are you? Do you want me as a client?
