African Bank when i settle the account balance of R15000 they have charged me extra R3500 none of them can explain that

<p>I had a vehicle loan with African Bank, in November 2016 I have requested a settlement letter which was R90000.00 then i have paid R74500.00 the balance was R15000 n couple of rands which then I had to settle the balance which i did within 10 days, then they have charged me extra R3500 meaning i have paid them R18500 which is not fair i have asked them that the extra R3500 what is for? None of them have explained that to me, i feel that African Bank has robed me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Peter please intervene in this matter </p>
