African Bank what's really going on???

I tried to do a money send on the 03rd of July till today the person hasn't received the money the bank is sending me from pillar to post. Such a bad experience and customer service I advise anyone not to try with African bank this is so frustrating their consulted are just lost they don't know what they are talking about like Minnie Mkhwa**** the one i spoke to, they created a security measure that doesn't work of a popping message. Like my money till today is gone but why such a treatment like other banks can just do a simple cash send hassle free... this is a night the amount of airtime I spend contact the bank is almost the amount I tried to send what a cost... I'm sorry but I had to take this out it's unacceptable come on guys you a BANK NOW.
