African Bank violates the prescribed debt act
I have made various attempts sent emails to inform them that my debt has prescribed for the loan account and credit card yet no effort was put in to remove this from my credit profile. As homechoice and fnb already did im stuck with this bank. I will now be referring this to the ombudsman
