African bank very disappointed

I would like to complain about African bank i have paid my accounts up at the Concept recoveries that they handed me over to, but African bank still debit my account each and every month then i need to reverse the debit order again. After numerous complaints and phoning the call center to complain it just falls on deaf ears. i am also waiting for them to update my itc that has also not been done i am fed up don't know what to do any more.
