African bank very abusive to clients
African bank are disgusting. They are quick to default people even though it's their fault. Once you now settle after s struggle they still dont update.
Update my ITC please as you know I gave paid the requested settlement why now don't you update records
This time I'm going to ombudsman with full records and recordings.

26 Nov 2020, 14:36You still havent made an update. The default and adverse is still on my profile. I have given you as the creditor enough time to make update to the credit bureaus. I'm writing to the ombudsman and seeking legal advise.
