African bank & Vertex harassment

I settled my African bank account number *** on the 10/04/2017 and received a paid up letter to confirm,but i am still getting calls from Vertex claiming they are collecting on behalf of african bank even after i have sent the paid up letter to them numerous times.

They will not try to collect from you anymore.
