African Bank-Ver tex solutions pathetic service

<p>I am struggling with the pathetic service African bank and Ver tex solution has given me. I have paid up my African bank Credit card on the 09 May 2017, i requested a paid up letter from Vertex solution on the 09 they told me that i will have it on the 17 May 2017, i called them on 17/05 they advised me that they will find out why i was **** to and get back to me, that was the Supervisor at Vertex solution Patrica, she did not bother calling me back with an explanation. On the 18 May i called African Bank they adived me that i must sent the proof of payments. i did on the same day. On the 19/05 they advised me that i will get it on Friday or Saturday morning the 20/05/2017. I am still waiting i called them them this morning the 22/05 they do not have an answer they said that i will get it on the 24/05 i then called Vertex Solution who said that i can only get it on the 07/06/2017. Through all this stress African Bank and Vertex Solution did not bother calling me, they just seem to be lying constantly. I will never advise anyone have to use this pathetic (AFRICAN BANK) again. </p>
