African Bank - Vaal Mall Branch

We went to African in The Vaal Mall, Vanderbijlpark to get a new credit card for my husband. We were in the branch and was seated before closing of business, but due to my husband forgetting his payslip they did not want to help us and told us to come back on Monday. I could have gone home to get it and be back in 10 min as we do not live that far from the Mall but they were not interested as it was closing time. I really think that this is not very good business practices and to treat new and regular customers that way.
