African Bank - User-Unfriendly!

Why is African Bank's site so User-Unfriendly? For a long time now I'm struggling to get hold of someone who can assist with settlement on a PL - But to no avail? Wake up African Bank - get with the times.. Think I should just stop paying and wait for them to contact me!
