African Bank unresponsive ***** department

I have tried and tried calling this bank to enable me to retrieve my money. I made an EFT to one of their customers and he turned out to be an online *******. On the day it happened I immediately rushed to the bank to look for some assistance and I was told the ***** department will get back to me. It's been over 40 days now when I call I get the same response (someone will call you today of which they never do) I'm sure the ******* still uses their African Bank account to **** more innocent civilians freely. Who knew ********* can freely operate with bank accounts now, I even found this ******* online once again, playing the same tricks on people.

So disappointed in African Bank, poor service!!!!!!!!!
