African bank unproffesional bank

So after posting a review about african bank ive been contacted by numerous people that sent me from pillar to post and I'm still where i was at the start of it all..they simply cannot answer why they offer online loan applications where they ask you to fill in all details and it says branch offer then a consultant calls you and does the whole process again and then you told go to a branch which was what was stated in the first place after the online application..then you go to a branch and have to do the same entire application again with a now 3rd representative of african bank..best part of it all they tell you to go to a branch to verify documents but ultimately the documents are sent to head office for verification so why cant it be donr via fax or email after a phone consultant has done the application hereby cutting out the branch procedure which a client goes through basically the same thing they have done twice already..then when you question the consultant on the phone they only know do you want to do the application..or they hand you to someone else who tells you the same thing again..really no clue as to what they doing there honestly..and to top it all off..i got calls emails etc and they come back to the point we want to help you but go do the loan application again in a branch..sort out yout issues please and help not make excuses..why must i run to a branch again after yourl were the 1s that messed up the application in the first place..
