African Bank unfairness!!!
I am a customer of African Bank for the past 8 years... I usually never complain about their service but this time i have no choice. Being a loyal customer and paying my loan payments without any problem for the past few years. I call in the other day to find out about the loan break and i am told that it is only for "certain" customers! What makes me different to those that can have the loan break??? I really need the break due to unforeseen circumstances but i got no help from African Bank. I think that all customers should be given this opportunity especially if we have been faithfully paying off our loan without any hassle.
