African Bank ********* and dishonest deduction without communication

hi i have made arrangements with African Bank on the basis that i cannot afford the normal monthly installment, this month they have decided to disregard me and deduct the normal installments without communicating this to me , this is unprofessional and dishonest if you ask me, i initially made arrangements due to a career switch with a salary cut , we are supposed to customers yet you guys are acting like loan sharks!!!!
