I am so irritated with your company because Gontse called me and we made payment arranges for my arrears and he said someone will call me to confirm the agreement and nobody until today you send me some collectors at work who call us like sheep. Firstly please note that my credit arrangement with you was private and for you to send people who do ont respect that is ********* and not allowed. Why did Gontse lie to me about this and i must just sign documents that i dont even understand because the process is done so harsh. I mean im at work where do i get the time to read all those documents to understand what i am signing. This is ********* and we are been placed under pressure to sign for things we dont understand.
