African Bank unauthorized deductions

I have recently contacted African Bank due to an authorized deduction from my bank account. I was under debt review and somehow they didn't receive money which I was unaware of. They have not contacted me in anyway to arrange anything and just deducted whatever amount. I phoned them from one of their branches spoke to a few people told them that I was willing to make an arrangement to a certain amount and the lady on the line flat out denied me. Being as it may I do know I owe them and is willing to come to some agreement she would not budge even after the consultant from my side spoke to her told her the predicament I was put in being without any money left for the rest of the month she flat out said it was not her problem. I even said they can take the amount I was offering from what they took and perhaps reverse back to me but she stood by decision.
