African bank unauthorised deductions from my account.Delayed refund(reference ***).
African Bank deducted from my bank account 3 times without my authorisation.25th of November they deducted R500,30th of November they ********ly deducted R2898 and again R1000.I spoke to client service supervisor Mantwa Masondo on thr 30th for a refund Reference ***.I have been sent from pillar to post,told different stories by consultants,Mantwa doesnt want to talk to me when i make follow up.African bank is a ****ty company and bullies clients.They are bad!!!!Staff including supervisors are *********** and have zero respect for clients.
