AFRICAN BANK UBER EATS REWARDS

African Bank has a rewards program that just does not work. I have contacted the contact centre and emailed and still have not had any outcome with regards to my reward it has been days and yet no one bothers to get back to you, you have to phone and then listen to the same nonsense they tell you every time you phone. Every agent lies and tells you someone will call you or be in contact with you and you just need to end up calling in yourself. Wasted airtime! The agents don't care you if tell them you've called in multiple times about the same query, i had this uber voucher since december and everytime i try to purchase it does not allow me

i have escalated this two times now but nothing from African bank
