African bank trying to rip me off!

African bank is trying to rip me off. I settled my silver credit card with them on the 16th of August 2018, paid the settlement amount i was qouted.. even have proof of an email from them with the settlement amount R20879 and i paid R20880 now they are demanding R80 from me! Even paid before that due date! Disgusting!
