African Bank Treats Customers Unfairly!!!

For the last couple of months I have tried to get a settlement amount. Finally last week I received the amount and I settle the payment on the 26th of September. Today I receive an sms that the account can't be settled! Further the debit order has gone through as well! This is unacceptable! Please return the debit order and provide settlement confirmation.
