African Bank treat there customers like we are nothing important.

I have been treated totally unfairly and unprofessionally by African Bank from the word go. I was promised a bigger loan if i settled my loan earlier. So i took my last money i had to my name R3 575.94 and settled my loan. Yesterday i called they said they would do an immediate refund and i can go back to my normal debichecks, and now today i have to wait 3 days for approval. They now say i dont qualify for a loan. I want an immediate EFT refund. I am not going to be a loyal faithful dedicated client and i get treated like im nothing. Reverse the payment and set my debichecks back. Your services is disgusting. I get treated like absolutel ******* on the african bank chats unless its a manager and no one even replies. People are struggling out there and you guys think clients are nothing.
