African bank to stop sending tracer at my workplace

I have a complaint about African bank , they send me a tracer saying i must signed the letter acknowledging my debts. They must stop sending me a tracer to look for me at work. I was very angry as i was called from my meeting that there's a man who is looking for me ,in every corner everyone was telling me about this serious man who want me, as if i committed a crime. I will not signed that document as they did not stipulate on my contract that they will send a tracer for me to sign. i was very bored as we do arrangement by phone. They must stop sending people at our working place that keep on harassing us. And always when they call me i do answer my calls. They must call me stop looking for me at work ,the rather call me . Do we have to be treated like ********* when we owe a bank. I never in my life see a stupid bank like African bank and i will never refer anyone to them. Banks are offering their client discounts instead of them offering their clients discount their busy harassing their clients by sending tracers. I will advice all my friends, colleague , family not to do business with them. They must ask other banks how they do it.
