AFRICAN BANK , THE WORST BANK TO BANK WITH!!

Wednesday, 05 June 2024 , i woke up to a shock when i realised that my R3500 was missing in my account and it was African Bank who took the money for no reason at all! Decided to go to my bank (Standard bank) same day and the consultant there advised that i won't be able reverse the money because that option has been blocked by African Bank. I used to pay African Bank R3500 monthly for a credit card but I settled it January 2024 , so as to why they're still taking money in my account , i don't know! I went to African Bank too on the same day and they denied that its them taking the money but the reference number is the same as the one that was used when I was still paying for the account. They said they will investigate and respond within 72 hours and i received an sms the very same day saying there is no refund that is due to to me . I'm so disappointed with this Bank , i wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy !!
