African Bank the worst bank in SA

I am so appalled by African Bank to a point of utter shock. I invest my hard earned money with them and I can’t begin to tell you what a nightmare this Bank is. Unprofessional, lazy and definitely doesn’t care for their customers.

I have been trying to call the Investment division since Friday 18th. The whole bank was MIA because of a staff party and Saturday 19th no one was there. Sunday 20th same story.

You’d think Today would be better. I’ve been holding for 40minutes. I regret investing here
