African Bank the worst bank ever and should just close doors

I am soo angry and wonder why banks like African bank are still allowed to trade, They are busy charging me arrears interest on an account that is debited successfully every month . It's time creditors take responsibility for their actions and be punished for mistakes such as this. You are affecting my credit record badly on something you made, Please fix your mess
