AFRICAN BANK THE WORST

AFRICAN BANK IS THE WORST BANK in SA . If you need a loan try other financial institutions. I had a personal loan with African Bank. The debit order payments were going through on a monthly basis without any problem until it stopped in October 2022. I contacted the bank and was told the loan was paid up. In January 2023 I went to their branch and was given a PAID UP letter. After 5 months, i get an email to say that am still owing. When I informed them that I got a PAID together from their branch they said it was a mistake. HOW CAN A MISTAKE TAKE 5 MONTHS FROM SUCH A BIG FINANCIAL INSTITUTION to be noticed. NOW Can a system glitch take 5MONTHS without being noticed by their technicians and workers. I will NEVER do business with this institution. It's the worst. I tried via email reasoning with them and they ignored me. I will not pay that amount African Bank must write it off.
