African Bank the worst
<p>I have had the worst experience with African Bank, i mean i have been calling their call center, made over 10 calls and they still give me the same response, "Your application is awaiting confirmation of employment." For how long do you confirm employment, i even sent a letter of employment and there was still no difference. What more must i do to get my application to be worked, it has been 3 days, does it take that long, even though i sent through a letter of employment. Someone please help because i am stumped. The application has been apparently escalated and yet there is still no difference, i still get the same response, what more must i do to get some sort of help. I really dont know if it is my luck or the level of bad service at African Bank, i dont know anymore.</p>

I ended up being helped by one of your better consultants i must say. She basically took a minute to see what the issue was and found that the application had not been worked for over a day which is why it wasnt moving. I commend Modiehi on her work ethic and she deserves all the acolades, wonderful, she turned a hopeless situation on it shead within a matter of 2 minutes, I unfortunately did not get her surname, but I do commend her on her great work ethic.
