African bank-The ****mer with poor service
I have settled their loan in February 2023 and have called them numerous times and promised they will remove their account on my credit score. I have settled the loan and still reflecting that I owe them R1000 which is the money I over paid them with. I have tried to get this bank to remove this on my credit score but is empty promises and have affected with other financial institution where I can go further with my bond because of their staff that failed to do their work
